OVERVIEW
This website is operated by PBNJ Printing LLC ("PBNJ Printing," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting pbnjprinting.com or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), along with our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other policies posted on this site. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this site or place an order.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the changes on this page. If you keep using the site after changes are posted, you accept the updated Terms.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform we use to sell our products and services.

SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY AND USE OF THE SITE
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.

You may not use our products or this site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You may not upload viruses, malicious code, or anything designed to interfere with the site.

If you violate these Terms, we may cancel your orders and end your access to the site.

SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS
We may refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

Your non-payment content may be transferred unencrypted across various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer.

You may not copy, resell, or exploit any part of this site without our written permission.

SECTION 3 – CUSTOM ORDERS AND ARTWORK
Most of our products are custom-made to your specifications. By placing a custom order, you agree to the following:

(a) Artwork rights. You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, all artwork, logos, text, images, trademarks, and other content you submit ("Artwork").

(b) Infringement. You agree to indemnify and hold PBNJ Printing LLC harmless from any claim that your Artwork infringes the copyright, trademark, publicity, or other rights of any third party.

(c) Right to refuse. We may refuse or cancel any order that we believe infringes intellectual property, is unlawful, or is otherwise objectionable. If we cancel an order for this reason, we will refund you.

(d) Proofs. When we provide a digital proof, you are responsible for reviewing it carefully for spelling, layout, sizing, colors, and image quality. Approving a proof authorizes production. We are not responsible for errors that appear on an approved proof.

(e) File quality. We may adjust your files where needed for printing. We are not responsible for poor results caused by low-resolution or improperly prepared files that you chose to approve.

(f) Color and material variation. Colors on screen may differ from printed results. Specialty materials, including holographic, glitter, cracked ice, and clear, vary with lighting and viewing angle. Cut lines may vary slightly. These variations are not defects.

(g) Turnaround. Production and shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, supply issues, or events outside our control.

(h) Portfolio use. We may photograph completed orders for our portfolio, website, and social media. If you do not want your order shown, tell us in writing and we won't share it.

(i) File retention. We may keep your files to make reorders easier. We may delete files at any time after 90 days from order completion.

SECTION 4 – PRODUCTS, PRICING, AND ORDERS
Prices, products, and services may change at any time without notice. We may modify or discontinue any product or service at any time.

We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. If we change or cancel your order, we will try to notify you using the email or phone number you gave us.

SECTION 5 – BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, and to keep it updated so we can complete your orders and contact you. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address that you provided.

SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We try to keep information on this site accurate, but it may occasionally contain errors in descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, or availability. We may correct errors and update or cancel orders if information is inaccurate, including after you have placed your order.

SECTION 7 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS
This site may include third-party tools and links to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. You use them at your own risk.

SECTION 8 – COMMENTS AND SUBMISSIONS
If you send us ideas, feedback, reviews, or other submissions (other than order Artwork, which is covered in Section 3), we may use them for any purpose without compensation to you. You agree that your submissions will not violate anyone's rights and will not contain unlawful, abusive, or obscene material.

SECTION 10 – PROHIBITED USES
You may not use this site or its content to:
(a) do anything unlawful, or ask others to do so;
(b) infringe our intellectual property or anyone else's;
(c) harass, abuse, or threaten others;
(d) submit false or misleading information;
(e) upload malicious code;
(f) collect or track other people's personal information;
(g) spam, phish, scrape, or crawl the site; or
(h) interfere with or get around the site's security features.

SECTION 11 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy, the site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PBNJ Printing LLC and its owners, employees, and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost revenue, arising from your use of the site or our products.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

SECTION 12 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PBNJ Printing LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claim, demand, or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from:
(a) your breach of these Terms;
(b) your Artwork; or
(c) your violation of any law or third-party right.

SECTION 13 – SEVERABILITY
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law. The remaining Terms stay in full effect.

SECTION 14 – TERMINATION
These Terms stay in effect until you or we end them. We may end your access to the site at any time if you violate these Terms. Anything you owe, and all obligations made before termination, will survive termination.

SECTION 15 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, along with any policies posted on this site, are the entire agreement between you and PBNJ Printing LLC. They replace any prior agreements or communications. If we don't enforce a provision, that does not waive our right to enforce it later.

SECTION 16 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Outagamie County, Wisconsin.
